II.  Purpose:

• Provides parents with a brief description of their student's accomplishment in the C.O.R. program as well as group participation, co-operation, attentiveness and respect.
• Encourages communication between catechists, parents and students.

III.  Procedure:

• Catechists complete a CAT.SCAN for each student in the course of the yearly program.
• Students in grade 5 and older complete a self-evaluation.
